If we had anchor tags on the Library Page, we could link directly to a book's full description. That would be more satisfying than linking to "book:such-and-such", or "tag/so-and-so" like we do now....

I think Vivax means linking from one article to another. Unless I'm misunderstanding you, of course. Incidentally, this is a good idea, and I intend to go over my old articles for potential text-links.
